RAMADAN WEEKLY PRIZE GIVEAWAY
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    PARTICIPATION

1.1.  The Ramadan Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw (“Draw”) is conducted by Sydney Forex Pty Ltd (SFPL) ABN (“the Promoter”), of 13-14/168-172 Haldon Street, Lakemba NSW 2195 (“Registered Office”).

1.2.  All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions and commit they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them during and after the Draw.

2.    ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY TO WEEKLY PRIZE GIVEAWAY DRAW

2.1.  Entry is open to all Registered Customers of SFPL. However, the owners, directors and staff of SFPL and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Draw. Immediate family includes spouses, defacto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children or siblings and step children.

2.2.  Only Transaction amount between AUD200 - AUD1,000 are eligible.

2.3.  Only transitions transferring funds to any Bank Accounts in Pakistan are eligible.

2.4.  The following conditions will automatically make any transaction ineligible/ non-eligible

●       Any and all transactions, under AUD200 or over AUD1,000

●       COC (Cash over the Counter) and Cash Pickup transactions are not eligible.

●       Having incomplete registration documents will make any participant ineligible for the Draw, which including the following:

▪  100-points Photo IDs.

▪  Your Selfie (picture) with your Primary Photo ID.

▪  Beneficiary DOB & CNIC number.

▪  Any other Compliance related issue and/or documents

3.    DAILY TRANSACTION LIMIT

3.1.  To enter the Draw, a participant must, during the Entry Period, submit one transaction per day to one beneficiary.

3.2.  The participants can send money to maximum three separate (different/unique) beneficiaries per day.

4.    DRAW PERIOD

4.1.  This Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw begins on following dates

4.2.  It is a condition of entry that participants consent to receive promotional correspondence via email from SFPL at the time of submitting their entry and to being notified via a regular email newsletter of other upcoming draws that they can also enter.

4.3.  It is a further condition of entry that SFPL has the right to publicize Full Names of any Participant to the Competition or matter incidental to the Competition. Except as otherwise disclosed herein or in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4.  SFPL must receive all entries during the Draw Period. Online entries are considered received at the time of receipt into the SFPL Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw database, not at the time of transmission by the Participant.

4.5.  Entry to the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw is free.

4.6.  While entry to the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw is free, participants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the Draw, which may include costs associated with accessing the Internet.

4.7.  Any Participant who enters using multiple email addresses and/or aliases, or otherwise contravenes these Conditions of Entry, may be disqualified.

4.8.  All of the SFPL decision in relation to all aspects of the Draw are final and cannot be contested or challenged and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

5.    DRAW PRIZES

5.1.  Following are the Weekly Draw prizes

5.2.  Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable.

5.3.  The prize won by the participant will be adjusted in their next transaction with SFPL.

5.4.  The prize money will remain valid for 12 months from the date of draw.

6.    DRAW AND METHOD OF THE DRAW

6.1.  The prize draw will take place at the registered office of SFPL as specified in clause 1 at 9:00pm on the following dates of each Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw Period.

6.2.  This is not a game of skill. This Draw is purely a game of chance. The winning entry will be drawn from all entries received during the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw period.

6.3.  Participants are not required to be present at the draw.

7.     PRIZE CLAIMS

7.1.  Within 2 days of the draw, the prizewinner will be notified by email to the registered email address in the database and will be informed on how to claim their prize.

7.2.  A winner accepts a prize at their own risk. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting a prize is the responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.

7.3.  Winner must reply within 2 working days or will forfeit the prize.

7.4.  The winner’s name may also be published on the Sydney Forex website and social media avenues including but not limited to facebook. By participating in the Draw, Participants consent to these uses and disclosures of their personal information.

7.5.  Within 7 days of the draw the prizewinner’s name and State/Territory will be published on the website and facebook page of SFPL (FB.com/SydneyForex).

7.6.  A list of drawn prizes and names of the winners will be displayed at SFPL’s registered office for 7 days after the draw date. 

8.    ADVERTISING

8.1.  All advertising for the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw conducted by audio or visual media shall state:

a)     SFPL name and address;

b)     Duration of the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw;

c)      Number of draws and the date, place and time for the draws;

8.2.  Notwithstanding the fact that the promotion will be advertised on Facebook, the Participant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

9.    RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

9.1.  All entrants indemnifies and releases SFPL and its associated companies and agents and social media platforms for any claims, costs, expenses, penalties, or damages arising out of participation in the Draw and acceptance of the prize including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

9.2.  SFPL accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in conjunction with the Draw either during or after the Draw.

9.3.  SFPL is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise.

9.4.  SFPL accepts no responsibility for any problems associated telephone communications, the internet, networks or lines, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

9.5.  SFPL takes no responsibility for the loss of the prize due to:

a)     incorrect or imprecise contact details provided by any Participant; or

b)     any Participant failing to inform SFPL of a change to those contact details when they arise.

9.6.  SFPL takes no responsibility for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by mail / post.

9.7.  Any additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

9.8.  SFPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and prohibit further participation in its Draw for:

c)      Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by SFPL that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion;

d)     Tampering with the operation of the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw or website; or

e)     Acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10.UNFORESEEN EVENTS

10.1.                 If for any reason any aspect of this Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, natural disasters, acts of God, weather event, civil unrest, strikes,  or any cause beyond the control of the SFPL, it may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Weekly Prize Giveaway Draw, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities.
